Ogi’s role within Lifestyle Media Companies is multifaceted. Originally starting out as a support agent, his responsibilities have grown extensively and he now leads the Support & Service department for LMC’s various entities. Originally from Oregon, and having recently graduated from University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business, Ogi is eager to continue learning and creating value within LMC and the greater community.
In addition to Support & Service, he acts an industry liaison, aids as a project lead, ensures content quality, and challenges operations. He has built extensive relationships through his time as an industry liaison and through these relationships he continues to drive home LMC’s value proposition. Ogi believes that customer service and support are key elements for the facilitation of company values to the customer, and intends to maintain the companies’ vision through these means.
